Who we are
Peas and Pods Limited, trading as Peas & Pods, operates peasandpods.io in Hong Kong. This notice covers this website and enquiries sent to us. Updated: 27 October 2026.
Enquiries and the brief tool
You choose what to share. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, any contact details and attachments you include. We use these to respond, understand your needs, prepare proposals and manage related business discussions. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to reply without contact details or enough information about your request.
The brief tool prepares text in your browser. It does not submit your text to our server or save it in our application. “Email this brief” opens a draft in your email application; you decide whether to send it. Your email application may save drafts. Please do not include passwords, patient records, financial account details or other confidential information. Use anonymised examples.
Hosting, email and service providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and routes enquiry emails to our Google Gmail inbox. These providers may process IP addresses, browser information, email content and technical records needed to deliver and secure their services. Google Fonts is requested to display our chosen typeface and may receive technical request information.
We use service providers to operate the website, handle enquiries and, if you agree, measure website use. Data may be processed outside Hong Kong according to those providers’ arrangements. We do not sell enquiry information or use this website to enrol you in marketing mailing lists. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and related identifiers to measure page visits, sessions, device/browser information, approximate location and selected interactions such as preparing a brief or clicking a contact button. We use reports to improve the website. Enquiry text and attachments are not included in our analytics events. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our site configuration.
The analytics script is not loaded until you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under peas-pods-analytics. You can change it using “Analytics settings / 分析設定” in the footer. Declining stops further site analytics events and attempts to remove this site’s GA cookies; it does not erase data already sent to Google. Cookie and storage choices are specific to each browser and device.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed for the discussion, related services, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations. If an enquiry becomes a client project, relevant records may need to be retained with that project. You may ask us about or request deletion of your enquiry records; any required retention will be explained.
Analytics data is subject to our Google Analytics property settings and Google’s retention arrangements; aggregated reports may be retained differently. HTTPS protects website connections in transit. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
To ask whether we hold your personal data, request access or correction, ask about retention, request deletion or raise a privacy concern, email enquiry@peasandpods.io with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Access and correction requests are handled subject to applicable Hong Kong requirements.
External websites and your email application have their own privacy practices. We will update this notice when our website practices change and show the revised date.
